At Evergreen Complete Property Services, we believe taking care of a property is about more than completing a checklist. It's about paying attention to the details, doing the job right, and giving homeowners and landlords someone they can trust.

We started Evergreen with a simple goal: to provide dependable, detail-oriented, and comprehensive property services that make life easier for our customers.

We are able to take care of a large variety of interior and exterior home maintenance tasks for the homeowner and also able to be a comprehensive resource for landlords, taking care of everything from property inspections, cleaning between tenants, and property maintenance tasks, to power washing, landscaping maintenance, and handyman services.

Our service area covers the greater Wilmington, NC area, from Leland to Topsail Island.

We have over 14 years of experience in being landlords ourselves so we know how important it is to conduct thorough maintenance inspections and to handle maintenance issues right away, as well as completing preventative maintenance tasks. We also take great pride in being detail oriented during the turnover phase in between tenants and make sure the property is as clean and upkept as much as it can be and also make sure everything is functioning properly before handing the keys over to the new tenant/guest. You can be assured that we would treat your property the same way.
